SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The demolition, removal and site restoration of the property known as 35132 Michigan Avenue, Wayne, Michigan 48184. 35132 Michigan Avenue is a 3,150 square foot, partial basement, mixed use structure. The demolition work will include the abatement of asbestos and hazardous materials prior to the demolition. Demolition of the property will also include the removal of all garages, sheds, slabs and footings.
