SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for ONE YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF TEE SHIRTS (VARIOUS TYPES) WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. All items shall be F.O.B. delivered, freight paid to the City of Troy Parks and Recreation Department, 3179 Livernois, Troy, MI 48083. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. If the current supplier(s) have a bid deposit on file with the City of Troy for this contract, he/she may request to move the bid surety forward to the new contract period. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make sure the deposit is still on file. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
