Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2016 at 10:00 A.M., after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Clerk’s Office. Late bid submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission.
