SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for the City of Troy SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION CONTRACT will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $20,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. here are five (5) forms included in the Federal Contract Provisions section of this document that must be completed and used in compliance with stated Federal Provisions.
