SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
PROVIDE AND INSTALL FOR THE CITY OF TROY (2500) BARE ROOT STREET TREES in accordance with the specifications. For additional information or questions concerning this project, please contact Mr. Ron Hynd, Landscape Analyst at (248) 680-7293. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
