Sealed bid proposals to FURNISH ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND LABOR TO RE-MARCITE AND RE-TILE THE POOLS AT THE CITY OF TROY FAMILY AQUATIC CENTER located at 3425 Civic Center Drive, Troy, MI 48084 will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $5,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE!
