SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed bid proposals to PROVIDE TWO YEAR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS FOR THE CITY OF TROY OUTDOOR AND INDOOR POOLS WITH TWO, ONE-YEAR RENEWAL OPTIONS will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until THURSDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2013, AT 10:00 A.M., EDT after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Late Bid Submittals will not be accepted. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission.
