SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The proposals will be for the Opening and Closing of the Troy Family Aquatic Center for a three-year requirement per specs.  A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $500.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid.  Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. If the current supplier has a bid deposit on file with the City of Troy for this contract, he/she may request to move the bid surety forward to the new contract period. It shall be the responsibility of the vendor to make sure that the deposit is still on file. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. For additional information or questions concerning this contract, please contact Mrs. Ann Blizzard at (248) 524-3484. All bidders must examine the site to determine the amount of work to be done in accordance with specifications. The current provider and contractors that have performed work in the past twelve months are exempt from this requirement. Contact Mrs. Ann Blizzard at (248)524-3484 to arrange a site visit between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
