SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed proposal for Two year requirements of Major Street Pavement Markings with an option to renew the contract for one additional year. All materials are to F.O.B. dilivered freight paids to the work sites. A cashier's check, certifiied check, or money order in the amount of $2,500.00 MUST accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The two lowest unsucessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. If the current supplier has a bid deposit on file with the City of Troy for this contract, they may request to move the bid surety forward. The bid surety will be returned to the sucessful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment and one-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications.
