SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for the LIBRARY STRATEGIC PLANNING CONSULTANT will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.
