SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed bid proposals to establish a labor and materials contract for the LIGHTING RETROFIT / REPLACEMENT PROJECT at various City of Troy municipal locations will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.  A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $15,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Materials Payment, and two-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications.  This project is funded through the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. As such, submission of a bid proposal for this project is prima facie evidence that the prospective vendor will comply with all the requirements imposed through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.  For questions about the specifications, please contact Mr. Steven A.
