SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed proposals for INTERPRETIVE MASTER PLAN CONSULTING SERVICES will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084.  A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 16, 2009 – 10:00 a.m. – at the Troy Museum and Historic Village, 60 W. Wattles Road, Troy, Michigan. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to examine the premises.  Six (6) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission. In addition, proposals must include a letter or insurance certificate from the proposers insurance agent or carrier that the insurance to be supplied will meet specifications.  A sample interpretive master plan document must be included with your submitted proposal.
