SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for SEASONAL REQUIREMENTS OF LAWN AND YARD SERVICES FOR TROY RESIDENTS USING THE HOME CHORE PROGRAM WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL SEASON will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084 until TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM EDT, after which time they will be publicly opened and read in the Troy City Offices. Bid responses are not accepted via fax transmission. This project uses CDBG funds. Businesses owned by women or minorities are strongly encouraged to apply. If during the contract period, funding for CDBG are reduced or eliminated, the City may at its option suspend this program and contract without penalty.
