SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposal to complete the CITY OF TROY CONCRETE PAVEMENT REPAIR PROGRAM will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $10,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid. The two lowest unsuccessful bidders will have their bid surety returned after the bid award. BID BONDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. The bid surety will be returned to the successful bidder(s) upon submission of the specified acceptable Performance, Labor and Material Payment, and one-year Maintenance Bonds in accordance with specifications. All other bidders will have their bid deposits returned within 72 hours after the bid has been opened.
