SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
PROVIDE AND INSTALL FOR THE CITY OF TROY BARE ROOT STREET TREES IN THE FALL 2012. All plant material shall be guaranteed by for a period of two (2) years from the date of acceptance. A cashier’s check, certified check, or money order in the amount of $1,000.00 must accompany the bid to insure the bid.
