SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Sealed proposals for ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. Seven (7) copies of the complete package shall be submitted at the time of proposal submission. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Troy Museum and Historic Village, 60 W. Wattles Road, Troy, Michigan. This will be the only opportunity for bidders to examine the premises.
