SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed bid proposals to furnish ONE YEAR REQUIREMENTS OF AMMUNITION WITH AN OPTION TO RENEW FOR ONE (1) ADDITIONAL YEAR FOR THE CITY OF TROY POLICE DEPARTMENT will be received by the City of Troy at the office of the City Clerk, 500 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy, MI 48084. For additional general information or questions about this bid, please contact Officer Craig Fitzpatrick, Police Department at (248) 524-3531 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday.  MATERIALS: The items furnished shall be the latest product in production to commercial trade, shall be of the highest quality as to materials used, shall be loaded by a nationally recognized manufacturer and shall be factory issued. The Contractor/Supplier furnishing these items shall be experienced in the production of such items and shall furnish evidence of having supplied similar items, which have been in successful operation. The Bidder shall be an established Contractor/Supplier of the items bid.  FACILITY: The City may require the vendor to supply additional information concerning his / her plant and facilities or may require additional information concerning the vendor’s ability to perform compliant with the requirements of this specification. Failure to comply with this requirement may cause rejection of the bid package.
