SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Taylor Building and Grounds Department is requesting bids on new roofing of city's Taylor Sportsplex. Removal of the existing mechanically fastened EPDM roof system then apply a new Fully Adhered EPDM Roofing System in conjunction with a new layer of 2.5” Insul Base insulation over the existing 2” insulation.
