SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Scope of Work The City of Taylor is accepting proposals from qualified roofing contractors to remove and replace roofing material at the Pinewood Village Condominiums, 23362-23418 Pinewood Dr Taylor, MI, 48180. The Pinewood Village Condominiums project contractors are responsible for removal and disposal of existing roofing and installation of new roofing to manufactures spec. Please provide shop drawing and product and installation data.
