SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
PURPOSE The City of Taylor has a population of roughly 62,000 people and 24,000 real property parcels. This GIS data collection and services offers the City base map data to support operations throughout the appraisal cycle of real property. Oblique imagery can easily be integrated with common mass appraisal software through an easy to use–an online oblique image viewing, measuring and reporting tool. Before, during and after data collection, vendor will work with the City on the implementation of the oblique imagery software and provide technical support and training to be sure the City is comfortable with the data, software and its functionality. Six Year contract that will involve the acquisition of digital (4-Way) oblique imagery and orthogonal imagery for the entire incorporated area of the City of Taylor. The imagery is scheduled for acquisition during the spring, leaf-off periods of 2017 and 2020.
