SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Purpose of this Invitation For Bid: (IFB) The City of Taylor, Community Development Department, HUD funded programs to include Community Development Block Grant, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, Home Grant and other eligible activities is requesting competitive sealed bid for Planning and Engineering Services. The Professional Services Contract will incorporate the selected Firm’s proposal, rates and other pertinent requirements and details. Vision: The City of Taylor is committed to the continuous development of the community of Taylor to promote a safe, compliant, and friendly environment. The City of Taylor would like to sustain the affordability, economically and ethnically diverse community with a sense of purpose and pride. Knowledge: Offeror must have substantial knowledge and experience in the following areas and provide information demonstrating the knowledge and experience of the primary agent that shall be assigned to the City of Taylor. This bid is conducted in compliance with 2 CFR PART 200 Grants and Agreements, Office of Management and Budget Guidance, uniform administration cost principles, and audt requirements for federal awards - PROCUREMENT - - 2001 Edition – and the following HUD notice CPD 96-05.
