SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Taylor Building and Grounds Department is requesting bids on new roofing of city's old court house. The project consists of installing Carlisle’s Sure-Seal (black) Adhered Roofing System or equivalent as outlined below: Removal of the existing EPDM roof system and Built Up Roofing System, then apply a new Fully Adhered EPDM Roofing System in conjunction with a new insulation package consisting of 2 layers of 2.0” InsulBase insulation.
