SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Southfield is requesting proposals from qualified institutions to provide retail lockbox services as described below. The City wishes to implement Tax Lockbox Services beginning July 1, 2017 and Utility Lockbox Services beginning September of 2017. This contract is for a three (3) year period with the option to extend for up to two additional one year periods.
