SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Southfield is soliciting bids from qualified companies to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, equipment rental, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform environmental abatement and disposal of asbestos and hazardous material, structure deconstruction and demolition, site feature demolition, and site restoration services at the project site.
