SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Southfield (City) on behalf of the Housing Commission (Commission) is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide Section 8 HQS Inspection company services. These services will include conducting initial, annual, follow-up and special inspections for its Section 8 Voucher program.
