SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Royal Oak, Oakland County, Michigan hereby solicits proposals from qualified consulting engineering firms for providing Traffic Engineering Services for the proposed Former Irving Ave. Truck Route Traffic Impact Study. The anticipated start of work is May 15, 2017 and the anticipated completion date is September 15, 2017. The project is being funded by the City of Royal Oak. The City of Royal Oak is investigating the feasibility of removing current road closures along the former Irving St. Truck Route. This project is designed to provide the city with information regarding current and anticipated traffic counts as well as types of traffic and flow of traffic.
