SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The work will include all labor and materials required to provide design, engineering, building load calculations, construction, commissioning, and other related services necessary to complete the installation for Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). All heating and cooling systems shall be sized to accommodate the calculated building heating and cooling loads. All work to be performed in accordance with the Michigan Mechanical Code and any other codes or standards that apply to the scope of work.
