This Quote is due: TUESDAY, JUNE 10TH. The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for the rental of a turf sweeper or a vendor providing the cleanup services of debris on soccer fields at Earl E. Borden Park on Thursday, June 26, 2014 following the City’s Festival of the Hills event. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back by: Tuesday, June 10, 2013, by 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. All quotations should be directed to the attention of: Debbie Scully, Senior Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI, Phone: 248.841.2539, Fax: 248.608.8178. Specifications/Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from vendors to rent a turf sweeper to vacuum light debris on soccer fields, specifically small carton pieces (the fall down debris from the fireworks shells. Pictures included of typical debris.) at Earl E. Borden Park, 1300 E. Hamlin, Rochester Hills, 48307. The City is also interested in cost to have the clean up service provided by the vendor. The area to be cleaned is approximately 32 acres and will vary depending on weather and wind conditions the night before cleanup. Estimated time for clean up is 15 – 20 hours.
