SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a contract to provide Steel Epoxy Coated Deformed Reinforcement for usage by the City’s Department of Public Services. The reinforcement will be purchased on an as needed basis. The City is interested in entering into a contract for one (1) year with a one (1) year option to renew. All pricing must be firm for the term of the contract. The items to be purchased are outlined in the specifications area of this quote document. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back by: 3:00 PM EST, Thursday June 15, 2017. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made in writing on or before Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 11:00 AM EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due. Inquires received after that date will not be considered. Please note if you are submitting proposal through the MITN website, the City of Rochester Hills is capable of accepting documents in .docx, .pdf, .jpg, .tif or rtf formats. In the event of conflict between a version of the quotation submitted by vendor and the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division, the version maintained by the City of Rochester Hills Purchasing Division shall govern.
