SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City is seeking lawn mowing and related services to be provided on an as-needed basis as directed by the City of Rochester Hills Building Department. Lawn mowing and trimming services shall be provided on properties with grass in excess of 8" in heights. Contractor shall cut and trim all areas on the property.
