SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Avon Creek Restoration - Phase III includes the development/completion of the pond-by-pass and completion of the creek improvements to the service culvert or the creek's confluence with the Clinton River. The City will utilize the United States Department of the Interior, Fish & Wildlife Service funds for the labor and materials for this project. The Department of the Interior and Fish and Wildlife Service has established terms and conditions that apply to the funding, including procurement regulations, performance, reporting, eligibility limitations and prohibitions for use of the funds. The select products/services shall be in compliance with all Department of the Interior and Fish and Wildlife Services requirements. "Application of the Davis Bacon Act is dependent on the circumstances of construction work to be completed in the agreement; therefore, the Davis Bacon Act does not apply to this agreement.
