SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals for construction of ADA renovations to the Stoney Creek School. The project includes, but not limited to, selective demolition for alterations, cast-in-place concrete, masonry maintenance, metal fabrication, carpentry, flooring, wheelchair lift, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, exterior improvements and earthwork. The City of Rochester Hills seeks the services of a qualified general contractor experienced in the project components to perform the construction services need to complete this project in a professional, cost effective and timely manner. The contractor will be responsible for hiring of all sub-trade contractors, the coordination of their work and the outcome of the project.
