SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills wishes to establish a two (2) year blanket purchase for the printing of their 2016 and 2017 park passes. Prices must be firm for the length of the contract. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax or mail back by: Friday, August 14, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes.
