SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified Manufacture Authorized Dealers/Service Providers for a maintenance contract for its Mitel 3300 IP PBX System, Mitel Mail Voice Mail System, PrairieFyre Call Accounting Systems and related assistance in general telephone network issues for a period of one (1) year; all components, excluding desksets and wiring. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods. Sealed hardcopy proposals (3-copies) will be received by the City of Rochester Hills, at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online through the MITN website until 3:00 p.m. local time, on July 15, 2015, at which time and place proposers’ names will be publicly read aloud. Faxed submittals will not be accepted. Late submittals will not be accepted. Please visit the City of Rochester Hills’ website at www.rochesterhills.org for information on Construction Projects and allow adequate time when delivering items to the City. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their proposal.
