SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide all labor, materials, required insurance, equipment, expertise, trades, permits and the means of work to perform On Call Roofing Services on an as needed basis at various City buildings for a period of one (1) year; the City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two additional 1-year periods. The City has the option to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms in order to provide the necessary services and meet City demands. The City may consider utilizing one firm that works primarily on commercial type roofs and another firm that works primarily on residential type roofs. Roofing services to include roof replacement, maintenance and repair. The roofs will be of various types, including but not limited to: built-up, membrane, asphalt and wood.
