SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies for a one (1) year blanket purchase order for the purchase of miscellaneous fire equipment and supplies as needed. Types of equipment can include, but are not limited to: vehicle products (emergency lights, sirens, halogen lamps); operating supplies (ladders, axes, hoods, gloves, boots, medical suits, TRT rescue accessories, and tools); and operating equipment. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail, fax or submit online via the MITN website no later than the due date of: November 8, 2012 @ 5:00 p.m. All hardcopy (mailed or faxed) quotations should be directed to the attention of: Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online via the MITN website. Questions received after the date and time above will not be considered. Only the person designated above is authorized to seek additional information from prospective firms regarding their Quote.
