The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies for a one (1) year blanket purchase order for the purchase of miscellaneous fire equipment and supplies as needed. Types of equipment can include, but are not limited to: vehicle products (emergency lights, sirens, halogen lamps); operating supplies (ladders, axes, hoods, gloves, boots, medical suits, TRT rescue accessories, and tools); and operating equipment. The City reserves the right to exercise an option to renew for two (2) additional 1-year periods. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and mail, fax or submit online via the MITN website no later than the due date of: November 10, 2009 @ 5:00 p.m. All hardcopy (mailed or faxed) quotations should be directed to the attention of: Marilyn Paulsen-Tomaszewski, CPPB, Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248.841.2539; Fax 248.608.8178, City of Rochester Hills, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI 48309 or submitted online via the MITN website.
