SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for the cleanup services of debris on soccer fields at Earl E. Borden Park on Thursday, June 25, 2015 following the City’s Festival of the Hills event. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back by: Thursday, May 21, 2015, by 3:00 p.m. E.S.T. All quotations should be directed to the attention of: Debbie Scully, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Analyst, City of Rochester Hills, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, MI, Phone: 248.841.2539, Fax: 248.608.8178. Specifications/Scope of Work The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations from vendors to vacuum light debris on soccer fields and ball diamonds, specifically small carton pieces - the fall down debris from the fireworks shells. Debris sizes are about ½ to 4 inches. Debris materials include carton, cloth and grass clippings dependent on equipment used. Pictures included of typical debris. The area to be cleaned is approximately 41 acres and will vary depending on weather and wind conditions the night before cleanup. Estimated time for clean up is 19 – 25 hours. Aerial photo of park provided with solicitation. The City has a dumpster for disposal of debris.
