SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting quotations from qualified companies to provide an Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) System Maintenance Agreement for the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department Communication Center located at 1111 Horizon Court, Rochester Hills, MI 48309. This contract period is anticipated to be for a basic performance period of one year for Preventive Maintenance for the specified item described herein. Coverage period for the first year to begin following completion of all required paperwork and prices shall remain the same for that one year period. The City of Rochester Hills retains the option to extend this contract for two additional one (1) year periods at its sole discretion.
