SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
Dated: January 15, 2013. The City of Rochester Hills is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide a turnkey solution for an Energy Management System including all equipment, labor, wiring, hardware, software, construction documents, engineering calculations and diagrams and annual maintenance and support. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 until 3:00 p.m. local time on February 13, 2013, at which time and place the names of proposers will be publicly read aloud. The City of Rochester Hills will conduct a pre-proposal meeting at 9:00 a.m. on January 30, 2013, beginning at the City of Rochester Hills Municipal Offices, Purchasing Division, 1000 Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 to become familiar with the premises specified, provide a forum for questions/answers. Plans will be available at the meeting.
