SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Rochester Hills is accepting quotations for a two (2) year blanket purchase with a one (1) year option to renew for the purchase of Miscellaneous Tools and Hardware Products. Items will be purchased on an “as-needed” basis. All products must be contractor grade and quality. Unit prices are requested, FOB City of Rochester Hills, 511 East Auburn Road, Rochester Hills, MI 48307. If you are interested in providing a quotation, please fill in the following information and fax back no later than the due date of: Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. EST. All questions and/or quotations should be directed to the attention of: Debbie Scully, CPPB, Senior Purchasing Analyst, Phone: 248/841-2539 Fax 248/608-8178. Only those person(s) designated above are authorized to seek additional information from prospective vendors regarding their quotes. Correspondence or inquiries made directly to vendors regarding their quote proposals from all other persons are to be directed to those City employee(s) designated above for appropriate review and response. All inquiries shall be made on or before Tuesday, May 17, 2014 at 12:00 noon EST, in order that a written response in the form of an addendum can be processed before the quotes are due.
