SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed bids for the SQL Server will be received at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Pontiac, Michigan until 2:00 p.m.  Friday, May 27, 2016, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read. The successful bidder will show proof of at least two (2) years’ experience.  The term of the Contract is work to be completed by June 30, 2016. At the end of the term of the agreement, the City shall not extend the Contract.  The City of Pontiac will utilize its current IT consulting firm to provide the necessary services associated with installing, configuring, and implementing the new servers and these services are not to be quoted as part of this competitive bid process. Equipment requested: SQL Server Enterprise  Core License 2 The server version is 2014 with down gradable to 2012. A twenty-five hundred dollar ($2,500.00) performance bond will be required upon execution of an agreement.
