SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Sealed bids for the Computer Desktops will be received at the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Pontiac, Michigan until 1:30 PM, Friday, May 27, 2016, and immediately thereafter will be publicly opened and read. Minimum Annual Sales of $ 2,500,000. This establishes that a bidder is of sufficient size and scale to ensure the ability to support the City of Pontiac with adequate inventory, purchasing leverage and timely deliveries. Minimum Years in Business: Five (5) years providing the products called for in the ITB. A two thousand dollar ($ 2,000.00) performance bond is required. The term of the Contract is items are to be delivered by June 30, 2016. The invoice will also reflect a delivery date of June 30, 2016 or before. At the end of the term of the agreement, the City shall not extend the Contract. City has right to break agreement with 30 days’ notice. 77 Desktop computers
