SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The approximate quantities of work involved in the project are as follows: Rout and Seal Joints and Cracks 110,600 LFT The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twelve (12) months, with an option to extend for an additional twelve (12) months, if mutually agreed to by the parties. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all. The dates for completing the above mentioned work, as set forth in the contract, must be adhered to by the contractor, and any additional work will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the parties.
