SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The City of Oak Park is requesting proposals for the 2017 City of Oak Park Calendar. The annual calendar is an organizational resource for the City’s residents and business owners. The calendar helps individuals manage schedules, note commitments, document birthdays, anniversaries and holidays, and prepare for upcoming deadlines, events and activities. Recipients who value their calendar are likely to display the calendar in-home for the full 12-month period. The City’s calendar contains information on the annual budget, City Administration, City Council, Boards and Commissions, meeting dates, tax and water deadlines, events, holidays, City services, election information, and more. The City of Oak Park is requesting two proposals: 1) the printing, stitching, mail sort and delivery (U.S. Postal Service) of the City Calendar, and 2) a graphic design quote. The City will be considering graphic design separately and reserves the right to possibly design calendar in-house.
