SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

The project consists of a total of $16,400 in 2014 Program Year Funding:  Lawn Mowing – Summer of 2016  Snow Removal – Winter of 2016 / 2017  Yard Clean Up – Summer / Fall of 2016 The contractor understands that the term of this contract is for twenty-four (24) months or when the 2014 program years funding has been expended, whichever comes first. The City shall have the right to not extend this contract for any reason or for no reason at all. The dates for completing the above mentioned work, as set forth in the contract, must be adhered to by the contractor, and any additional work will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the parties.
