SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

This request for qualifications and proposal is solicited for the services of qualified consultants to submit proposals for the marketing of property owned by the City of Lansing (“City”) formerly the site of the Red Cedar Golf Course (“Red Cedar Land”). Consultant services will include, but are not limited to, evaluation of the land development opportunity, evaluation of existing development concepts, determination of likely development proposers, preparation of conceptual and final solicitation for development proposal documentation, marketing of the proposal as requested by the City, assistance with proposal evaluations, and other services as required.
