SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

This Request for Proposal is solicited by the City of Lansing from qualified, experienced individuals and/or companies to provide final program evaluation and a final grant report for the City of Lansing’s Lead Safe Lansing Program. The evaluation and final grant report will use a variety of information provided by the City, including program promotional materials, pre- and post-training surveys, intake logs, construction logs, training attendance logs, quarterly reports, bank records and project spreadsheets, and others. All work performed by the contractor will be under the direction of the City of Lansing Development Office.
