SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:

Contract is to maintain identified City properties, located in four wards of the city. The contractor is responsible for inspecting each site and determining the effort required for each location. The City reserves the right to change the list of MDOT sites in the contract bid list. Potential bids should include an individual bid per site and the list as a whole. Any potential bid award may not include the list as a whole but may include individual site based on contractor bids versus budgeted funds. Billing and payments can be processed after one cycle is complete. A cycle is based on the whole list being completed.
