SUMMARY OF SPECIFICATIONS:
The Work consists of improvements and repairs to the ventilation system and plumbing at the Lansing Avenue Pump Station including the following: • Replacing existing dampers with new stainless steel dampers • Installing new actuators and limit switches • Modifying air intake duct for supply fan SF-1 • Scheduling and paying Johnson Controls to modify the sequence of operation for AD-2 and AD-5 • Modifying/verifying the sequence of operation for the entire ventilation system • Restoring the sequence of operation to the original design settings for the existing METASYS control system • Replacing the drain pipe in the wet well • Removing and replacing the carbon in the odor control unit • Completing miscellaneous electrical work associated with the replacement/modification of the dampers • Performing general maintenance on all of the existing ventilation equipment in the pump station
